IM MEN will hold an exhibition focusing on “KASURI,” introduced in the 2026/27 Autumn Winter collection, at two locations: Kyoto and Tokyo.

This exhibition presents the creative journey and production process behind “KASURI,” introduced in the 2026/27 Autumn Winter collection.
Kasuri is a traditional Japanese woven textile that uses yarns dyed in different sections in advance to create a faded, blurred pattern. This technique was further developed in an original way, creating a textile in which roughness and precision, together with rich gradations of shading, exist within a single piece of cloth. To make the most of the textile’s expression and texture, the garment was designed with an extremely simple structure starting from a single rectangle. This creates a natural drape, which develops into garments with a more layered, three-dimensional form.

Also, an exhibition, “KASURI” will be held in conjunction with the launch at Estnation Roppongi Hills, which will start carrying IM MEN from Thursday, August 20.
