DELIVERY
Orders received before 12:00 CET on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are generally dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:00 CET are generally dispatched on the next business day.
While we aim to meet these dispatch timeframes, delays may occasionally occur. Customers will be contacted where necessary, including in cases of unclear or incorrect shipping information or where a stock issue affects an item or the order.

Your order will be dispatched using the shipping service that you selected during the checkout process. You will receive an email confirmation of dispatch detailing the shipping method, estimated delivery date and tracking details.
We insure each purchase whilst in transit and until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature at their delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If your chosen shipping service offers an option to deliver without obtaining a signature and no signature is collected, either because the package is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you confirm that we can leave your package(s) outside the premises according to the instructions provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
RETURNS
Please check all the items that you have received against your order as soon as it is delivered and inform us as soon as possible of any discrepancies.
Products must be returned with their original packaging and swing tags intact. The product must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Please try on garments with care. Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Please be aware that for hygiene and quality reasons, socks, stationery, and books cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

If you do wish to return an item from your order, please ensure that it reaches us no later than 14 days after you receive it. A return label will be slipped into your package along with your order. Please retain the tracking details provided when your return is collected or left at a suitable drop-off point until your return has been fully processed and you have received a refund.
We can also accept returns in person at our stores. Products must be returned with their original packaging and swing tags intact. The product must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Your return will be checked and processed by our Online team the following business day and you will be refunded to your original payment method.
We will process a refund to your original method of payment within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Please be aware that returns are accepted only from EU countries. To ensure proper processing, items must be sent back from the original delivery address.
