PAPYRUS

A series made from cloth characterized by its natural texture that is inspired by papyrus, an ancient form of plant-based paper. Its delicate translucency and rich color depth are achieved by weaving together three types of threads, each dyed in subtly different tones. The loosely woven fabric reveals a grid-like arrangement of tape-like strips of fabric, which also function as buttonholes.
